Having finished off my Sauvignon Blanc the night before, I took to my same reading spot and poured some Cullen’s Irish Pear Cider. It was perfect – not too sweet and no vanilla (I hate that in a cider). Interestingly, it’s an Aldi brand in Ireland. I wish I could find it here in the states.
